To log in to Oracle Primavera Cloud, you will need both a username and a password. Your username will be your email address, as set up by your Application Administrator. On the other hand, your password is set by you when your account is first created.

If you ever forget your Oracle Primavera Cloud password, you can reset it at any time. You can personally reset your password, or you can have your OPC Administrator do it for you.

Resetting Your User Password

To reset your user password, first navigate to the Oracle Primavera Cloud sign in page. Depending on your database, this page is either one of the two following links:

If you’re unsure which login page your database uses, try to enter your email address within one of them. If the page says No account found for that email address, you will need to use the other database link.

After entering in your email address, a new page will open where you can enter your password. If you forgot your password, select Need help signing in. Here, you’ll enter in your username (your email address) and select Next. The next screen will alert you that a password reset notification has been sent to your email.

Reset Another User’s Password as an Administrator

If you’re an Application Administrator, you can reset the password of any user in your database. This can be useful if a user forgets their password or locks themselves out of their account. Users can always reset their passwords manually, using the directions above. However, the administrator can also do it for them.

To reset a user’s password, select the Main Menu > Global Admin > Users. Find the desired user, and use the Context menu to select Reset User Password. In the Confirmation box, select Yes.

The selected user will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new password. Even though the administrator can reset the user password, they can’t adjust it themselves. It’s up to each individual user to set their own Oracle Primavera Cloud account password.
