Oracle Primavera Cloud allows users to print out a variety of pages to share project data. Printing a PDF or physical copy of your project allows you to share your schedule with users who may not have access to the project file. Additionally, printing your project is oftentimes a contractual requirement. Typically, you’ll want to print the Activities page, which will show when each activity will take place. However, in OPC, you can print other pages as well – such as the Projects page or the Resource Assignments page.
Not only can you choose what page to print, you can also configure exactly how the printout looks. You can configure print layouts to determine what data displays at any given time. When sharing outside of your company, it’s often useful to include your company’s logo within the header or footer of the printout. This creates a more professional look and tells recipients who the document is from.
If you print a page in OPC, you will be able to add data to the header/footer using the program’s Enhanced Printing tool. You can find instructions on how to print pages and set page formats here. Within the header or footer, you’ll have an option to add your Company Logo. This will automatically pull your logo from the database and place it on the print copy.

Unfortunately, you can’t upload your company logo while printing the document. Instead, you need to add it to the program via the Application Settings. Once uploaded, this logo can be used for any prints or reports created within OPC.
This article will cover how to upload your company logo to Oracle Primavera Cloud. Only users with administrative privileges can upload a logo to the database. If you do not have access to the Global Admin app, you will not be able to perform this function. However, once you’ve added a logo, any user can use it while printing – regardless of permissions.
Adding a Company Logo
To add your company logo to Oracle Primavera Cloud, navigate to the Global Admin app from the Main Menu. This app is only available for users with administrative privileges. From this app, select Application Settings.

The Application Settings page allows you to adjust settings for your entire OPC database. These settings don’t affect only you – they apply to every user in the program. Here, you can adjust settings such as your Fiscal Year start time and your typical time periods.
At the top of the page, there is an option to upload a Company Logo for Reports. Select the pencil button to upload an image.

The image will now appear in the Application Settings window. All users within your database now can select this as an option for their print layout.

Removing or Replacing Company Logo
If you need to remove your company logo, you can do so by selecting the pencil button again. In the Upload Logo window, select Remove. The logo will be removed from the page and users will no longer be able to use it while printing.
You can also replace the company logo at any time if needed. Select the pencil button again, and simply upload a new logo. Then, press Upload. The new logo will replace the previous one within the database.

Printing Your Company’s Logo
With your company’s logo uploaded, any user within the database can apply it to their printouts. In this example, I’ll print out the Activities page. With a project open, select Schedule > Activities. Make any needed changes to the activity View, and select the Print button to print the project.

The Print Options window will open, allowing you to adjust what your printout will look like. You can add your company’s logo to either the Header or Footer of the printout by selecting Edit Header or Edit Footer.
The Header/Footer section will open with a toolbar, providing you with a variety of fields that you can add to the top or bottom of the page. Select the desired section and select the Add Image button within the toolbar. Here, you can choose to add the Company Logo, a Project Image, or a Workspace Image. If you select Company Logo, the logo that you uploaded will appear in the selected section.

Now, you can print the Activities screen with your Company Logo displaying. This can help give your printout a more professional feel. No one will need to wonder where this document came from – it’ll show right on the page.
Summary
In Oracle Primavera Cloud, you can print out your project schedule to a PDF or physical printer at any time. Using Views, you can even adjust how the printout looks – from which columns display to the timescale of the Gantt Chart. When sharing outside of your organization, you may want to configure custom headers and footers. In these sections, you can add project information, custom fields, or even your company’s logo. To add your company logo to a printout, however, you will first need to upload it to the program. Application Administrators can upload company logos using the Application Settings page. Once uploaded, end users will have the option to add the Company Logo to any printout they create.
